8 ways to deal with high energies
This intense energetic month keeps blasting us with high vibes and that is phenomenal! However some have more trouble dealing with it. They can feel it strongly on their emotional, mental, physical or spiritual bodies, depending on what is needing transformational work. It can be really overwhelming but we get so used to these phases, we tend to loose discipline and it`s always nice to be remembered the things that can help us through phases such this.
First of all – If you get depressed, feel anxiety, if you can`t calm or relax, if you feel constantly hyper active – talk to yourself. You can control everything and this is a great training for you to easily step into a higher vibration. And as you vibrate higher and higher take notice that your thoughts and emotions manifest rapidly. as you talk to yourself, you are in control of all parts of yourself, you are being the alpha. Every part is listening and learning. Be aware of your focus and time, what do you whatch and listen? what kind of people do you enhance a conversation with?
Joy and love are the highest vibrations – As you laugh, feel happy, feel loving emotions, listen to music, have fun with friends, do things you like… all that transmutes, rise, build up and multiply your energy. Always look for the best moments. It`s ok to be silly, wild, play and relax doing the things you really enjoy.
Food and water – The food and water you ingest is very important. Listen to your body, it wants you to listen to all the signs it sends you. Maybe there are things you should avoid and others to start including on your diet. Taking some time to eat better boosts your vibration and helps tremendously dealing with big blasts of energy.
Choose the best surroundings – Sometimes we cannot avoid places or people. But many times we are receiving a certain info through our intuition and we don`t listen to it. Everything around you influences your vibration: people, smells, scenery, sounds, colors, etc. As you can, choose the places, the people, the things that ressonate with you, that make you feel happier. Say no! it`s ok. Please yourself.
Meditation is wonderful – it realigns unbalanced energies within. It also energizes and boosts all your needs. You don`t need to do much, just be still. That is the way to go within as well as connecting to everything.
Connecting with nature – walking bare foot, touching plants and soil, contemplating, smelling, looking at beatiful landscapes or visualizing the beauty of what surrounds you. All that grounds you on earth`s energy which is vital to your health and well-being.
Always look for knowledge – everything is inside you already but helps greatly to remember what is hiden by receiving good information. It activates and unlocks your ancient memories and codes. But always filter through your intuition what info ressonates with you, with your unique self because what serves others may not be of any use for you.
Pay attention to everything in you – your thoughts, emotions, words, action. They are frequencies, they influence your life, the life of others, the world, animals and plants. Everything manifests fasts and attract to your energetic field other energies. You want to receive and create always the best!
