Taking care of your physical, emotional and mental bodies is loving yourself and allowing you to better love others.
As we beggin a new year we start focusing on our need to change old routines and improve better ones. We want so much to begin with our right foot and leave behind things that aren`t helping our growth.
We heal, transmute, build our crystaline boby and at the same time we help others doing the same. All the help to improve aour physical, mental and emotion selves are super important. Our body is a temple, a great creation and to love ourselves include respecting and taking care of ourselves. Our physical body helps us in this path so we better start paying attention to our body and what messages it sends to us. Our body wants to communicate as much as our soul.
You are a whole, complete an complex being and enganging with all parts of yourself allow you to become better on whatever you want to perceive.
It is never to much to be remembered of this. Here are some easy steps to detox, energize and balance your several parts. You gain vitality and feel better with yourself.
Grateful and conscious: Be grateful by starting the day, did you ever thought about giving thanks for being alive when you wake up to another day? and when you drink and eat… are you aware of how important that is? These are simple but vital aspects. You are part of a specie which can be conscious about everything, which can be grateful and not only act by instinct. You are conscious, be that by having a different perspective of your live. Truth is we should all be happy and smiling.
Consume healthy food: It is best to eat organic, fresh and of the season products. Artificial additives and processed food is the worst we can eat. Cooking or preparing raw meals, eating fruit is fundamental. This avoids lack of nutrients, poisoning, body and organ stress, tiredness, depression, deseases…
Drink good water: Water is vital to life. You are 70% to 75% made of water. And even your mental and emotional bodies get balance from water. It`s best to drink filtered or glass bottled water from organinc sources. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day between meals.
Deep breathing: When we breath we usually use only the upper parts of our lungs (shallow breathing) but if we also use the lower parts of our lungs, we enable oxygen to circulate properly to all our tissues. It brings nutrients and removes the waste away. It also stimulates the lymphatic system which helps the body get rid of toxins and brings a sense of relaxation. If your abdomen moves, then you are deep breathing.
Exercise gently: we all know exercise is vital for our health and well-being. You don`t need to exercise too hard; this can take energy away and you will feel weak and tired. Do gentle exercises, such as walking and yoga. These encourage deep breathing and will boost your circulation.
Massage: Massage increases the circulation and improves oxygen flow in the body. It helps lymphatic system to remove toxins from tissues as well as removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.And of course it feels good!
Have fun: What do you enjoy doing? what ever you love just do it. walking in nature, contemplation, music, movies, sing, dance, read, talk, sports, study, laugh… Just find the time for the things that make you happy. Do that often, you need to fulfill yourself everyday, not once in a while.
Improve mental energy: Change yourself by stopping connecting with negative emotions such as fear, self pity and mood swings. Those things have the effect os stressing and making you sick. It is recommended you improve your mental energy by doing meditation, deep breathing, tai chi, bath rituals, relaxing music, avoiding as much as you can stressing situations. Find the things that relax you and make you sleep well.
